The place was fairly clean, I booked the a double room with views of lake, everything was really good. The most important was the staff - very very helpful and excellent people. The hotel was in an excellent location, perfect on the lake next to ferry. Besides, it was next to the restaurant on the second night and Cannero Riviera. The service was great in my opinion. I didn't want to leave and would want to stay there again.

The elevators and ramps made it easy for me to navigate the hotel, and the staff was always ready to assist me. It truly felt like a home away from home.

If I could ask for one thing to make the vacation even better for senior people, it would be to have handrails installed in the shower stalls. This small addition would provide extra stability and support, ensuring a safe and comfortable experience for everyone.

Lovely renovated hotel with amazing views. Rooms were big and the bed was comfy. Pool was great too and there was always a sunbed. Food was also great. The area is also perfect. You can go for a nice walk along the lake and there are also other great restaurants nearby. Would also recommend the wine tasting.

Stayed for three days over Christmas. The staff members are truly the best part of this hotel and so is the surrounding village. We had the opportunity to attend mass in the local church, which was endearing. The spa facilities are pretty good and can be reserved for private use. The location by the lakeside offers beautiful views from the restaurant and terrace. Rooms are clean and modern, with a beautiful balcony view. The breakfast is buffet style and offers a wide range of high-quality options. The pool area and garden terrace are lovely.

The hotel room was immaculately clean and gorgeous, had a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a mini-fridge-bar, and a work desk.

Cleanliness was impeccable. The location - amazing – so close to the lovely head waiter Andrea who always made our stay special. We even got some local insights from him. The service - especially from Giuliana - was outstanding. She made sure all our particular requests were satisfied and made our stay unforgettable.

We had an incredible stay at a beautifully refurbished hotel with a stunning outdoor terrace. Our room had a balcony overlooking the lake, and the shower had great water pressure. The breakfast buffet was excellent, although we had to queue for coffee at a vending machine. Despite a few minor inconveniences, overall I highly recommend this hotel for its gorgeous location and ambiance.
